She’s fine!!!! My son had torticollis and by the time insurance approved the helmet it was already rounding out itself! They grow out of it!

Do tummy time as soon as they can hold their heads on their own! We did this with the twins I nannied and let me tell you: those kids heads were perfect. We started at 3ish months

I would have her assessed by a physical therapist! She may have torticollis or some tightness/preferred side which can cause flatness. The sooner it’s treated the better!
