i got (Dotur) from (Sandoz) as pills everyday i started to eat it as always i can't stop eating it, it helps me a lot to lose acne and i rarely eat milk and dairy products and cut butter and only sometimes i eat chocolate and chips and now I'm doing microneedling it's also helps me

Same issue but legit Korean skincare and sea moss and spearmint tea has help you just have to be experimenting cuz I double cleanse but with buying different type for my skin till I found products tha
