Our department is hostile- after finally us as nursing team we- decided to fight back about how we were getting talked to by DRS - it’s DIVIDED- and it’s cost us all of our nursing staff - so sad

As a nurse we work in harmony with the Drs and consultants as a team. We all have the same goals for our patients . It is team work and it works well.

In my old place, at the MDT meeting the doctors would buy goodies for them & left me out 😞I would bake cakes & gave them to everyone, bigger person, I share 🥰
