Shelters are such a stressful place for dogs. It’s unfair to them to judge their temperament in there. So glad you gave him a chance and a purpose. Especially with all those other animals. 🥰

The original owner wanted my heeler put down for her bite history. My bro was involved and decided to give her to our buddy who had a place for her. He died a few months later and now she’s my girl.

I would be put in the hole (bite quarantine) for biting humans too if i was caged up & stressed and abused by peeps @ a shelter. bless you for having the brains and heart to give him love and freedom
