my daughter was in NICU for 20 days, and my birthday was in that time. so I asked the nurses how much I'd have to pump and dump if I had one drink. they laughed and said that I should never do that.

Tip that I found out if you're good (as in not drunk) your milk is good. A few drinks would show just in case you don't have your strips

You can also bulk it with a pitcher of other milk that’s not from you drinking to dilute it

Do what your comfortable with-but like I don’t test it; but if I think there is I just dilute it down with non-alcoholic milk.

There are juices that have sugar alcohols like grape, apple and orange so nurses say that if you can find your baby you can feed your baby 😂
