It's a great concept but taxing net worth isn't viable because it's easily distorted with loans against assets. The rich would be filing 0. Other stuff would be nice tho.

Single family homes should not be investment properties. Multi-family, sure, go for it. Corporations going in and buying entire neighborhoods to make them rentals? Absolutely not.

Love the idea of getting rid of corporate land ownership… employees should own the land they work on and people should own the land they live on (but not hoard tons of it, as you mentioned)

I’d take it further: literally one home per family. (Defining family as parents/guardians and their children/dependents) wanna rent a home, sure that’s the only home you can own even so.
