Stop getting distracted part 2 I see so many people looking around DURING their sets… it’s bonkers I don’t understand. Why aren’t you focused on what you’re doing? You’re wasting a set of you’re focused on what everyone else is doing. It doesn’t matter what’s going on around gym… What matters is your TRAINING. Also, scrolling through social media mid-workout is distracting… You take your mind out of the moment and have to reset before every set… what’s the point? ✅ Put your phone on do not disturb ✅ Stop looking at everyone else during your sets ✅ Pay attention to your sets and reps ✅ Close your eyes if it helps you focus What (or who) distracts you the most during your workout?
