My foster parents used to make me get up by 9am regardless or noon if I worked till 4am (I was 16) if I didn't get up I was in trouble... it caused PTSD and sleep issues... good job mama 🥰 letting

on break my kids can wake up whenever they want. i grew up having to be awake and dressed by 9am. hated it. my 7 yr old slept til 11 this morning. the 6yr old is still asleep 😌
