Day one touring Mumbai with my family was absolutely incredible! We started off at the Dhobi Ghat to see the world’s largest open air laundry in action. After we headed to the train station to see the Dabbawala’s brining the tiffins of home cooked food into the heart of the city. My mind was BLOWN by them. I highly recommend giving “Dabbawala” a google search to learn more than I can explain in a caption. The logistics of bringing these hot fresh lunches from the homes of the men working in the city right in time for lunch and then back home when done is indescribably fascinating. Of course we had to stop by the Gateway of India and grab a mouthwatering lunch of street food classics. Finally we visited a Hindu temple to learn more about those who observe the faith. Dinner was a whole other experience so that will be in another video. #india #mumbai #indiantourism #indianfood
