A good engine life extender is a block heater. Makes warmups much quicker and still protects the turbo bearings. Especially if parked outside.

The trick is wait for ur idle RPM to drop under 1k or wtvr it usually is, and when driving below 200 degrees or wtvr ur avg temp is, make sure u don’t go past 2500 rpm until ur car is warmed up
