sad but true, hindi lahat, pero most of managers decision regarding promotions are based on their favorite and attitude, kpi are just displays or low impact to them

However, most of the managers have personal biases or favoritism that can affect the appraisal or promotion leading to unfair assessments of employees. It's sad but it is reality true.

Reality is: minsan kahit anong hard work mo or best performance, a promotion will not happen simply because di part ng company budget yung pagtaas ng payroll mo plus added benefits mo.

Pano naman po na deserve naman talaga yung staff sa promotion, but for some reasons hindi na promote kase hinaharang, then ang iba is nag hire ng bago pamalit sa nag resigned, yung ganung sistema
