I was on Bourbon st NYE. I left about 2 a.m. after getting an Erie feeling. all I can think about is how many bombs I passed while walking. so glad God kept me safe

So between 12/3 is the witching hour, also, i agree with the ieds not going off so that caused the horrific events to transpire, but i also wonder about the 3:15 as well… were the ieds suppose to go off at midnight? 😳🫣

I can see this being the actual plan.He was probably driving around trying to figure it out.We was told it was a 🔫 out near the casino prior to the attack possibly to divert attention away from the main areas,when he saw that ambulance head that way had to be why he turned so suddenly down Bourbon.That crane thing in the middle of the road is the only thing that he hasn’t calculated and crashed into it.He still got out to shoot after the crash

My friend and I stood on that very corner 15 min prior walking back to our bnb. I can’t shake this eerie feeling. My heart is broken for the victims, their friends, and families. Sending prayers🙏🏼🥺

THIS. This is what I keep telling people. I live here in New Orleans and work near the quarter. I walked all through the quarter to meet a friend and ended up going home early. Just sad feeling now

I actually planned to take a trip with one of my close friends to New Orleans for new years and that area is famous for tourism I really wanted to go. But thankfully it flopped few days before

This is so devastating I haven’t felt this much fear since like 2015 for like 7 years it was complete hell and fear. I was just starting to get over it and be in big crowds/enjoy it again. 😢

Remember in a situation like this seek cover no matter what even after it looks like it’s over. Being a Vet I remember part of our training was to watch out for secondary explosions in these cases
