2012, I was lost and wasn’t sober What I remember of that day is walking down the stairs, I can still feel my hand on the railing, still feel the heaviness. Sometimes I go back there…. After the stairs I remember sitting down, then feeling nothing. Like the absence of emotions. I should of been terrified but I wasn’t but I didn’t feel peace either I felt nothing except this feeling of shrinking, not my body but I guess my essence. After that I woke up days later in a hospital they had to airlift me to, very sore hard to breath and still in this weird dream state. I left and days later I saw a women at a local store, she turned white and said “I didn’t think you were going to make it” and touched me like I wasn’t real. Come to find out I had died 3/4 times longest was 3minutes. This should of been a wake up call sadly this wasn’t. It took years after to become myself…sober
