I lost 3lb 🥰 which took me to 4 stone 2lb loss so far and I did have a cpl of drinks, not been drunk at all xx

I was in shock as I had treats and alcohol over Christmas. I got weighed on Christmas eve (minus 4)and new years eve (minus 3🤯) never lost at Christmas before in my life!!
