@my_sendsational_child: Our New Years Day walk came to a muddy abrupt end!! 😆😆 The mud was so bad we both got our wellies stuck and my daughter fell face first into the mud!! So we went home for a warm bath and that was the end of that!! My daughter is 6 and had a brain injury when she was a baby, she’s diagnosed ADHD and is on the waiting list for an ASD assessment. She has sensory processing difficulties and is delayed in most areas of development. She didn’t speak till she was 4 and now speaks with a stammer. She has other potential diagnoses to come yet but we’re waiting for appointments and referrals for those. I’ve felt alone and frustrated but meeting my new friends on here has really helped and supported me and now i realise by reaching out to others I am not the only one. If you’d like to join this community then follow me and let’s support each other. It’s the New Year, the school holidays are really hard and with the festivities of Christmas and New Year thrown in it’s an especially difficult time so let’s post some positive stories about our life and our children and remember how amazing we all are and how well we’re doing. I’ll start with how proud I am of my daughter, she’s had such a difficult start to her life and has many obstacles to overcome every day but she has the best positive attitude and such a great sense of humour. She is very inspiring and she brings joy to everyone she meets. She is a superstar and a true survivor 💫 Share your stories with us and lets support our community 🌈💫 #senmum #senmumlife #senmumsoftiktok #senchild #senkids #senparents #senmumsoftiktok #mumsoftiktok #mumlife #braininjurysurvivor #braininjury #adhd #autismoftiktok #sensoryissues #speechdelay
