I have to find a solution to bring them back to the mood I want them to be into. For us to have a good connection and to make the sell. So what do you do? You take time to bring them back to basics, to be in the best condition to sign with you. So it can be about just adjusting the music and putting something softer. It can be about changing the subject, simply talking about something else. Food. Food always wins. It can be about choosing something specific. You know they are going to love. So it's all about changing their mood before starting to talk business.
