They can call in the finance at any time if they find out it’s modded, even on pcp. Ricky got caught out with his M4 as someone from BMW saw the vid.

or bank loan at a low interest over the same period, probably works out the same price (or cheaper!) but you technically own the car outright then and can mod whatever you want

hmm, I think you'll find that if you call your finance co (HP, PCP or lease), they'll say you can't modify. They own the car until you've paid it off & anything which impacts resale is relevant......

The simple answer is you can't. It voids the finance agreement and can void insurance. There is no grey area.

financed and leased are very different things. they will inspect the car and charge for what they see as imperfections. I've always px'd my cars back on finance and never had a problem.

can also be done on HP as 90% of the time anyone who goes for HP intends to keep the car after it's paid off if not sell it themselves shortly after
