Hokas are not meant for weight lifting or squating, they have too much lift and cushion that It might not feel as stable as other shoes

Why is no one mentioning Nike Metcon 7s!?? They have the illusion of a heel but it’s just built up support on the side of your heels. Perfect flat shoe for lifting and other workouts!!!

Hokas are for walking and running, not lifting. You don’t need “lifting shoes” but if you want a dedicated shoe to wear when you squat then just get chucks, vans, or blazers.
