I bought it for my high estrogen. And not being able to sleep through the night. I don’t eat to bad. Only drink water. Exercise regularly and still can’t get the extra weight off.

Did you have any side effects when you started taking it? I’m on day 3 and have headaches and nausea. Also my functional dr said I’d need 1 cup of cooked broccoli every meal to get the proper amount of DIM 😅

I tried DIM a few years ago and I broke out in huge painful welt-like hives all over my body. I really had high hopes for it. ☹️
