Omg so sorry to see this. We pack the caviar separately from the box to ensure it is on ice + temperature controlled throughout the trip. Did it arrive without caviar on an ice pack in the FedEx box??

Hi 🫶🏼 so sorry this happened. Usually Beluga they pack separately on the side of the box on top of an ice pack to ensure it stays fresh, it’s never placed into the box.

They wouldn’t have shipped it in that. It would have come in a separate box with inserts to keep it cool.
