goes and does everything needed dosnt get CSP signed because it's somehow forgotten and told going to have to go to NTC then it'll get signed for every other signature to be outdated

As soon as I got my clearing papers I literally never showed up to formation. Then I cleared and still never showed up. You do not need to report once you are clearing it even states that on the paperwork.
