For my half marathon I didn’t train on hills because I live in a very flat area.. I should have checked the half marathon route.. it was very very hilly 😬 but I still made it!

The hills are designed so when you get back on flats you run faster . Hills are supposed to be hard so that you may run faster . Someone training on hills more than someone is not is going to be faste
