It took 22 months and 2 weeks before I got my period back. Yes almost 2yrs. Lots of tests taken lol. I was 40 when it returned, figured was menopause kicking in.

Don’t worry I didn’t got my period from may 23 till February 24 and I wasn’t pregnant. Just test every month to be sure. You don’t have to be pregnant if you miss it
