I will share my experience with mary Ruth I am on my 2nd bootle I haven't noticed a difference on my hair so disappointed because the price is too much really too expensive 😐, but my skin looks more moisturised unfortunately it breaks out I think because of biotin

Thank you! My sister warned me to not order this and the order never went through 😂 10,000 mcg of biotin sounds extreme. I did order their regular women’s vitamin and it has way less biotin.
