My son is the same way with any kind of meat. A won't eat meat if it's mixed with anything but will always eat it on the side. you can imagine what taco night looks like 😂

I think that if it's inside the food the kids won't associate it with the chicken they like, even of it tastes the same, and tell themselves it's different and not as good.
