They don’t build them to work on them anymore. A Chevy starter used to be two bolts and the wire that’s it you were done.

Do it all from the bottom. Remove front motor mount and the starter is right there.

thank you. I just changed the cv axles and brakes and rotors. wheel hubs lower control arms and cleaned the intake and charged spark plugs. 07 acadia

I’m a GM technician and that’s one way to do it, with a lift it is much quicker. And please seat your sockets on them exhaust bolts, and anti seaze the threads before installing, thanks.
