We actually write that instead of a pain score 0-10 we have to say coping well or not. Just means we could visit the subject of pain control etc if acceptable for patient it’s not personal at all 💙

I told the nurse I was in a lot of pain. She said. “Yes. It’s called labor.” I kicked her out of the room so fast and asked for a new nurse. Ps they checked me and I was ready to push. (No drugs)

I love looking back at my notes because my doctor loved me and he said that I was coping well when in all actuality, I screamed at the top of my lungs for 10 hours because of back labor. 😂
