Yes! We work an easy 2 block walk from a coffee shop. My team knows they can walk down for a coffee anytime. If a 10 min round trip makes them happier for the other 7 hours and 50 minutes than that’s a huge win!

I went through my teams accrued PTO and made everyone who had so much they weren’t accruing anymore take time by EOY. It’s insane to just give that back to the company! It’s their earned benefit

my work just changed there sick time ! We were given a lump sum every january of 80 hrs ! This year there were a lot of people abusing it!
