well said. its also important to distinguish the narcissist from their flying monkeys. my siblings who are non narcs will do and say cruel stuff directly after talking to my narc brother

Everyone has narcissistic behaviors. Literally everyone. But you can’t be a NARCISSIST without npd. Just like many experience borderline behaviors, but you’re only a borderline if you have BPD.
