Dealership sale’s departments only care about front and back gross. All the relationship stuff they claim is BS. I have over 8 years in a director role at a dealership.

I think dealerships will all have to change to flat pricing like carmax or other dealerships with no negotiating….. people are tired of dealership mark ups …. If you flat price it to high you die
