I have shopped this brand in my local retail shop and directly through the site for years. Recently ordered approximately 14 oils, had a shipping mishap, the package was returned to sender mistakenly (the box had not even been opened). After many unsuccessful attempts to reach by phone and email, I received a response stating that they are NOT responsible for my mistake and that they would not reship the products that I purchased, even at my own expense. I would totally understand the response if the product had gone missing or if my request caused any expense at all to them. I would have even been fine repurchasing the items (as I was so excited about them) but the response was so rude and honestly disappointing (for a product that I have loved so much and used so exclusively for oils) that I will never use this brand again. I will also be providing this feedback to the owner of my local apothecary, who I know well and I am certain will be hesitant to continue supporting. VERY DISAPPOINTING.
