Bread carbs about 26g per 100g = 26%. Carbs of veg. Apple 12 g/ 100g, Lettuce 2g/100g, broccoli 4g/100g. Hypo 3 veg = same weight. 12+2+4 = 18 divide by 3=6. Veg av. 6, bread av. = 26 = 4 x more carbs
