@melcooksdinner: Baked brie, 2 different ways, pineapple-passion fruit brie and black truffle honey brie. I got these 5 oz brie wheels from Costco. They came in a 4 pack of different flavors. I used the double creme and black truffle ones. I made cuts all across the top. I topped the double creme one with Bonne Maman pineapple-passion fruit preserves. I topped the black truffle ones with truffle sauce and truffle honey. I got both of those in a gift set. I “baked” them in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes.
