10 days is wild. I’m checking on my people after 90 minutes. Had one employee end up in the ER and couldn’t contact his family a RN answered and I was able to contact his emergency person.

10 days?? I had a staff member not show up for 2 night shifts and after she didn’t respond to me or any of my other staff I contacted her family! Thank the Lord she was okay!! 10 days is insane!

I had a staff member miss 2 days and a fellow manager volunteered to go out to their house to do a wellness check. He was just elderly and didn’t call out sick. But 10 days?! That’s way too long.

I was 15 min from clock in time, I was in the hospital with a heart problem and needed a stent. My manager checked up on me and my nurse answered. He put in PTO for me.

i was mistaken on my schedule and didn't show up until 12 when i was scheduled at 12, and by 10 my boss had texted me and asked if i was okay. i felt so oddly grateful.

we work remote so internet makes people late sometimes, but if I don’t hear from you on work chat within an hour of your shift I am calling AND texting your cell.. 10 days is horrendous.
