SOFT CHEESE BREAD #cheese #rolls #Ramadan #Ramadan2023 #iftaar #fyp #foryoupage #fy #foryou #trending #viral #food #foodtiktok #tiktokfood DOUGH 400 g flour (patent flour) 7 g instant yeast (1 tablespoon - 1 sachet) 7 g salt (1⅙ teaspoon) 15 g granulated sugar 30 ml sunflower oil 1 egg (medium) 150 ml lukewarm water CHEESE MIXTURE 50 g unsalted butter 35 g flour (patent flour) 225 ml water 0.5 chicken stock cube 300 g grated Gouda cheese 50 g Grana Padano cheese TOPPING 125 g yellow onion (1 yellow onion) Grated cheese INSTRUCTIONS In a deep bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Make a hole in the center and add the sunflower oil, beaten egg, and lukewarm water. Mix well and knead for 10-12 minutes until a cohesive dough is formed. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place in the house for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size. Heat the unsalted butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the flour and mix well with a whisk until it forms a paste. Add the water and crumble the chicken stock cube over the pan. Mix well. Add the grated Gouda cheese and Grana Padano cheese. Cook until the cheese is melted. Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool. Divide the dough into 18 pieces (each weighing 34 grams) and shape them into nice round balls. Using a rolling pin, roll out each ball of dough into a flat circle with a diameter of 9 cm. Repeat this step for all the balls of dough. Evenly distribute the dough over the holes of a muffin tin and press the dough firmly against the edges, leaving enough depth to add the cheese mixture and other ingredients. Divide the cheese mixture into 18 pieces. Fill each hole with the cheese mixture and then sprinkle generously with grated cheese, pieces of yellow onion, and some more grated cheese. Let the cheese buns rise for 30 minutes in a warm place, or until they have doubled in size. Preheat the oven to 200 ℃ and place the muffin tin in the center of the oven. Bake the cheese buns for 20 minutes or until they are nicely golden brown. Remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.

Fill the baguette with fries, the chicken mixture, more fries, and some grated cheese as desired. Repeat the process (I was able to fill 3 large baguettes). Melt the herb butter in a saucepan over low heat. Spread the herb butter over the edges of the baguette. Place the baguettes in a preheated oven at 200 ℃. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
