Call the airline you’re flying with and ask what their restrictions are. You might just need a good bill of health from an avian vet and he can travel with you like carry on in a small cage

Online it says it’s safe on a flight as long as it’s in a carrier and you also have to check with your airline and make sure you don’t need any Veternarian documentation

I’ve seen people bring their cats as their personal bag but they’re in those clear backpacks with holes made to be carried in. Unsure if it’s good for birds..
