Sauté the onion and mushrooms until softened and golden. • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute. 4️⃣ Build the Sauce • Return the chicken to the skillet. Sprinkle 1 tbsp of flour over the mixture and stir to coat evenly. • Add the chicken broth and Dijon mustard. Let the sauce simmer until it thickens slightly. 5️⃣ Add the Cream • Pour in the heavy cream and simmer gently until the sauce reaches a creamy consistency.
