What about day old rice? I heard it’s better for your blood sugar.

Try freezing the rice overnight and then cooking it and see the difference

Allegedly, rice in the refrigerator overnight decreases the glycemic index.

From my research you would have to have the vinegar (vinegar based dills) 30-45 minutes before the other food. I also like Berberine, Chromium, Vanadium, and myo inositol 👍

Wonder if something more concentrated like an apple cider vinegar pill would work better?

What about a shot of fire cider? I swear I feel different if I eat something like rice or bread if I take a shot of fire cider first.

Can we see a pre-meal walk experiment and what that does to blood sugar?

Honestly… this test could never be done accurately with a CGM. Because you can do the same exact thing as you did yesterday and also have a different number without the pickle.

Have you cooled your rice and then reheated it? I’m told that is supposed to help control the spikes.
