almost everyone is missing the point. The schedule was the problem. the bengals and the broncos both lost to the chiefs starters earlier in the season. but the broncos got handed an easy win in a must win game because the chiefs clinched the 1 seed. Playing KC twice is bad in every scenario except the one that played out this season. Also the bengals just beat the broncos in OT last week, and then won again. ending their season on a 5 game win streak. So it's just kinda disappointing that the broncos game was clearly gonna be an easy win. If the broncos played their 2nd KC game earlier, and they played the chargers week 18, they wouldn't get a free win in a must win game.
