i’ve had my tempo move for over a year and LOVE it. it also has mat pilates & barre classes. i like that it has training plans so i don’t have to think about it.

Do the mat and barre studio. Learn the foundations and proper form, then continue with YouTube. Mat is the foundation of all the work, reformer, Cadillac, wunda chair, barrells, etc.
