Make and Model are only included for reference. What you're really booking is seating/luggage capacity. Once you grasp that concept and drop your entitled expectations, renting a car becomes easier.

what's yhe point in placing a reservation when they don't reserve the car? Imagine if literally any other company that does reservations did that. "Oh, sorry sir. You can't sit at your table in this restaurant, you're an 20 mins early and we just sat someone down at that table" "sorry, you can't board your flight, you arrived 3 hours early but we already gave your seat to someone else" it makes literally no sense
