I prefer the shopping style like this over the box in the trunk because if there's stuff I know my family will not eat I can decline it and leave it for someone else & also for the feeling of choice.

You could cook up the can of chicken with the buttered chicken sauce & mix in with rice or do that on the side. Heat a tortilla for dipping!

This was super helpful! I didn’t go to food pantries when I was homeless and really needed to because I was too anxious and ashamed and kept thinking I’ll take resources from people who are even worse

I used to use rice milk as a milk or alternative in middle school. It’s not bad. It’s like a more watery version of almond milk, never drank it, but used it in cereal and it wasn’t bad.
