I let myself go…then dropped 15lbs in 12 weeks 🔥

Not gonna lie… this wasn’t some crazy transformation where I was grinding for years and just couldn’t figure it out This was me letting myself go
👉🏽 Life got busy
👉🏽 I stopped paying attention.
👉🏽 Work, stress, other priorities, all the usual things that throw people off track

All valid reasons to put my health aside
 I was still “working out” consistently… but if I’m being real,
❌ I wasn’t locked in
❌  I was loosely tracking, telling myself I was doing enough,
…but deep down I knew I wasn’t
 And that’s when it hit me…

The SAME thing I tell my clients
💡Progress over Perfection

But you can’t wing it and expect real results. So I went back to basics:
✅ Dialed in my tracking
✅ Followed a simple plan that made sense
✅ Stayed consistent …even when it wasn’t exciting or new That’s when the progress started to show.
❌ No extreme diets.
❌ No hours of cardio.
Just doing the right things consistently. 
12 weeks later 
Down 15lbs
🇬🇧 Ready for London!

Feeling stronger, leaner, and more in control again. 
👉🏽 This wasn’t from working harder.
It was from working smarter and actually committing to a plan If you’re in that same spot ..
