If this is the second time you’ve had this happen it likely isn’t food poisoning get checked for h.pylori and similar conditions

if other ppl got the same thing and didn't get sick then it wasn't the food I'm afraid. I ended up getting those sharp pains and a pharm rec some over the counter stuff out in kyoto and it worked

Gallstones can be triggered by dairy or anything oily. So an attack like that can happen. I think I've had 3 of those. Like excruciating pain. Had to be taken to the ER.
