Honestly, if I had a makeup artist I loved that was over 2 hours away, I would think budget in ther hotel stay/car service would be the professional thing to do since this is my event

I travel for weddings too. I always stay the night before, OR leave like 1.5-2 hours earlier than I “need” to. I’ve ran into awful weather and got slowed down!
