@coach.bluee: There is a secret to my strength that I haven’t told you… 😬 “Core Strength” The reason I’m so explosive with my movements is because over the past 8 years my number one priority was developing a strong core. As you can see in this video even at 215lbs I’m able to move very fast and explosive with clean execution of each movement. And that is because my core is extremely strong. First 4 years was calisthenics only Then the next 4 was a combination of both weight lifting and calisthenics. It doesn’t matter what plan I’m currently following, I modified most of my lifts and body weight exercises to prioritize core engagement. How you integrate that into your training to make sure that you are still isolating specific muscle groups and maximizing on your growth while building a strong core is where things gets a little more complicated.
