Let’s make healthy BUFFALO CHICKEN WRAPS! 🌯🍗🔥 Football is right around the corner and Finn & I have been brainstorming all of the fun game day food we want to make this year! It made me crave buffalo chicken so I made these lightened up buffalo chicken wraps for lunch… and we’ve had them two more times since then! 😂 These buffalo chicken wraps with homemade greek yogurt ranch are SO delicious, and so easy to make! I hope you love them! 🙌 This recipe makes 2 wraps! ~472 cals, 43g protein, 36g carb, 18g fat each  INGREDIENTS:  🍗Buffalo chicken: - 10 oz chicken breast - 2 tsp olive oil - 2 tbsp flour  - 1/2 tsp garlic powder - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp paprika  - 1/2 tsp salt  - Olive oil spray  - 1/4 cup buffalo sauce  🌿Greek yogurt ranch:  - 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt  - 1 tbsp avocado oil mayo  - 1/2 tsp dried dill  - 1/2 tsp dried chives  - 1/2 tsp dried parsley  - 1/2 tsp onion powder - 1/4 tsp salt  - 1 tbsp white vinegar or lemon juice  🌯Other ingredients:  - 2 cups coleslaw mix  - 2 whole wheat wraps  - 1/4 cup pickles (optional but SO good!) HOW TO:  - Slice the chicken into bite sized pieces. Add to a bowl and toss with 2 tsp olive oil. Mix together the flour and spices, then toss to evenly coat the chicken.  - Add chicken to your air fryer basket and spray with olive oil spray. Air fry at 400F for 12 mins or until golden brown. Shake halfway! - While the chicken is in the air fryer whisk together all of the ingredients for the greek yogurt ranch. Add 2 cups coleslaw mix to a bowl and toss in half of the ranch dressing, then save the rest for dipping.  - When the chicken is done add it to a bowl and toss in the buffalo sauce.  - Add the buffalo chicken, coleslaw and pickles to the center of the whole wheat wrap. Fold in the sides and roll up.
