this was so minor but i had the worst chaffing issues to the point i i couldn’t wear skirts without shorts under, or short shorts without a chaff stick in my purse. dropped weight and that’s gone now

I had the same eating tendencies, a LOT of bad for you food. Now on a GLP-1, I physically can’t eat even half of what I was eating before. Which makes me wonder…why could I never get full before?
