how long were you off it ? I haven't done it this week thinking of having a 2 week break then start again as 2.5 was the best for me x

Hey lovely, I’d highly recommend looking at team Rh, they have just released a plan which you can do alongside the injections and it really helps with the food relationships for once you stop the meds
