@therosekilgore: Glen Ferdinand I went to heaven last night 🪽 I take raising animals very seriously. And this broke me. Because God has given us the responsibility to care + tend to these animals, I fell all the emotions deeply — sadness, anger, but especially guilt. This has been the most difficult time in our homesteading journey that we’ve faced. Thankfully, we’ve always had a healthy herd but sometimes the unfortunate happens & we have no choice but to cope. I’m thankful to God for watching over us, our herd & for allowing us to care for Glen the past 3 months.
